It's in the expression of hatred, the rawness of embracing it, with the self responsibility of not acting on it, is where the healing is for me.
Part of that self responsibility, is getting clear who can and cannot be in that process with me. In spaces such as these, these are spaces I have curated for my expression and those who relate can have a space to be and those who do not, do not have to be here.
When it comes to interpersonal, there are friends who can dive deep into the shadow realm with me and those who do not process that way.
Now to be clear, when I say not acting on it, I of course do not mean not expressing it. There are a multitude of ways to express, art, writing- as I am here -music to name some forms I am aware of. Those are healthy ways of acting on hatred.
The self responsibility of not acting in hatred, means not taking that hatred into physical, psychological, financial, spiritual, sexual harm on others, including anyway that violates someones autonomy and sovereignty.
