I am a Trauma Informed Lived Experience Expert Transformational Cheerleader, not a therapist nor medical professional. 
These modalities are not meant to take place of therapy. They do work well in tangent with therapy or solo for those who prefer. 
I am a Lived Experience guide, not a clinician.

Organic Body Dance

Connect deeply with your body's language through dance. The body holds memory and in connecting or reconnecting with our body through presence we can learn to let go and let it speak. In this process I will teach you a somatic healing modality I call Organic Body Dance. 

It begins in stillness.

This may take some time as we are not given much safety in this world to be silent and present with our body, and allow it to move how it wants. We tend to try to take over and make it move the way it "makes sense". Here we let go of forcing the body to "make sense" in regards to social paradigms that keep the body restricted.

Here we listen intuitively to our body and allow it to move and show us it's wisdom.

Emotional Presence Bath

One of the modalities I've created for our Somatic Apothecary is the Emotional Presence Bath. 

The Emotional Presence Bath is a gentle way to create a healthy and intimate relationship with each emotion as well as luxuriating in the moment. You can choose a session that is based on delving into emotional intimacy or simply to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience. 

Emotional Presence Bath For Emotional Intimacy:

We are often taught to reject at least one emotion that we do not want to exist or acknowledge let alone enjoy. In the Emotional Presence Bath I support you with nature sounds, music and many of my own personal Self Love Coaching skills to gently create and explore a healthy and intimate relationship with each emotion. Yes, including that one which you may treat like 'they who must not be named'. I go at your pace. I support you being present in your body, communicating with your body and listening to your body to find where emotional tension is being stored. Having an intimate and healthy relationship with each of our emotions is foundational for our mental health and to give ourselves the freedom to truly enjoy life.

Emotional Presence Bath For Deep Relaxation:

If you are seeking to luxuriate in relaxation, alchemize what is stressing you out and soak in the beauty of life, and refocus on your joy, the Emotional Presence Bath is an elegant way to do so. I create an atmosphere with music, nature sounds and more to guide you through a total body deep connect. The Emotional Presence Bath brings presence to what is blocking your access to relaxation in the moment in order to transmute what is bringing you stress. When you choose the Emotional Presence Bath for deep relaxation you will be left with an experience that supports soothing the tension in your muscles and soothing the tension of psychological stressors. The Emotional Presence Bath for deep relaxation will leave you with a rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit.

The Emotional Presence Bath is a tenderly immersive experience for those who want to bond with an emotion that is being avoided but have not known how to begin the process, for those who are ready to expand into celebrating life and for those who simply want to pamper themselves with the beauty of diving deep into the relaxation of now. Life is filled with distractions and marketing to disconnect ourselves from our body, and our very own essence. The social norm so far has been to numb out rather than be present with the sweetness of our own being. It is important to make a conscious effort to return to the nature of who we truly are, rekindle our alignment of our actions to the truth of our being. Even living a life of high integrity, we can still forget the clarity of our path.

Somatic Sound Jungle

Our body is a powerful wild jungle with expressions and sounds that we have been taught to repress. Child human rights has a long way to go and we come from a society and a world that is barely learning how to care for and humanize children. Being raised in such environments as "children should be seen and not heard" has left most humans with vocal trauma, unable to even express basic human sounds without fear of retaliation, and in many cases- abuse.

If you have experienced such trauma, Somatic Sound Jungle is the beginning of being able to start to feel comfortable with expressing instead of repressing sounds your voice box has been shamed from making. This extends to starting to use your voice overall in expressing boundaries, and standing in your authentic truth based in self love and self care.

In the Somatic Sound Jungle I will guide you through this gentle and fierce process of reconnecting to all you have been told to shut down. Repression is dangerous for our health and can lead to health issues. Somatic Sound Jungle is a form of refreshing health practice for the body. Somatic experiencing is gentle preventative health and powerful release from restrictions born of a fear based society and generations of forced silence.
