Hello! My name is Kristal and I am a Transformational Cheerleader! I have chosen this title as I wanted to pick something that really encompasses the energy I bring forward with my services! I LOVE seeing people thrive and succeed and I'm here to cheerlead your life to the fullest!
Below are the many different modalities I bring to the table! You can choose one, or a mix of each for your session with me as your Transformational Cheerleader! If you are unsure, no problem! After our first session which will be our intake, I'll be able to provide you with what would best suit your needs to achieve what you want in your life that brings you the deepest joy!
When this journey gets challenging, and it most likely will, I'll be here as your personal cheerleader to get you through those rough patches! I'll remind you of your goals and support you to reach your finish line! As a Transformational Cheerleader I support each individual with authentic nurturing enthusiastic support! That is why I choose my clientele based on what fits my integrity so I can authentically support your endeavors. I cannot cheerlead in-authentically, and therefore I make sure to have a clear understanding of what you are seeking and that we are an authentic fit.

However, being conscious with our creativity requires that we stay present to abundance and possibility which can be difficult when being surrounded by nay-sayers. Negative or even micro-aggressive unsupportive dialogue can kill dreams. I'm here to keep your dreams above water as you create them with the full powerful unique expression that you are!
I guide you through the entire goal achievement journey from concept, to planning to fruition with tools that help you stay focused, relaxed and excited on your journey. And to support you when it does not feel exciting and perhaps you feel filled with dread, trepidation, doubt and defeat. I'll remind you that this is all part of the process and support you grounding in achieving what you wish.

Activism burnout is a thing too! You have so much to give and so much work you are doing in this world and educating, each person who is exposed to a new way to connect with their fellow human being has the opportunity to stop generational harm! I get the drive, and you also deserve respite.

I support you in creating a personal and in depth relationship with the concept of possibility itself. We will deconstruct anything that is psychologically imprinted to block you from your owed relationship to possibility. Possibility is your birthright.
In order to successfully create a new life, it is important to stay present to possibility and nurture that awareness. Your passion deserve to breathe, live and thrive through presence with possibility and that's what I'm here to support you in!
